‘Face to face, the portrait in photography today’. – My Document Scotland colleagues, Sophie Gerrard, Stephen McLaren and Colin McPherson, and I, in conjunction with guests Graham MacIndoe, Arpita Shah, Emily MacInnes and Ben Roberts, will be in discussion with International Photography Curator Anne Lyden all about the portrait in photography at a free evening salon event. Pictures will be shown, discussed and debated.
The event is free, but you do need to book a ticket, and is at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery, in Queen Street, Edinburgh, 14th May, 7pm!
And if that is not tempting enough there will be free whisky, kindly provided by anCnoc whisky.
We’d love it if you could join us for what should be a fascinating evening of photography and discussion.
