I just noticed the date. November 22nd.

For some reason I always remember this as the date of John F Kennedy’s assasination in 1963. Not that I’m old enough to remember, guess I just read enough books.

After a quick look for pictures I found this link to many fascinating images from that day and period of JFK’s death…and also the news report below.

…and 100 points to anyone who can name the British person (with musical connections) who both shook hands with JFK in Dallas on that day, and then was present when Jack Ruby shot killed Lee Harvey Oswald…? Answers on the back of a postcard.
